HPSC PGT Teacher Recruitment 2025: Haryana Public Service Commission (HPSC) has resumed the application process for the recruitment of Post Graduate Teachers (PGT) in Computer Science subject. Interested and eligible candidates can fill the form through the commission’s official website (https://hpsc.gov.in/), hpsc.gov.in, till 5 pm on May 2, 2025. This recruitment was stuck for a long time and now the process of finalising it is being expedited.
Haryana Public Service Commission (HPSC) recruitment drive is aimed at filling 1711 vacancies. Out of these, 1633 posts are for Post Graduate Teachers (PGT) in Computer Science subject for Haryana cadre, while 78 posts are reserved for Mewat cadre.

Eligibility
- Candidate must possess a degree in M.Sc. Computer Science (2 years), MCA (3 years), or BE/B.Tech (Computer Science/IT/Computer Engineering) with at least 55% marks from a recognized university.
- The candidate must have studied Hindi or Sanskrit subject in 10th, 12th, BA, or MA.
- Must have passed Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET) or School Teacher Eligibility Test (STET).
- Candidate must have a consistently good academic record.
- Ed. is no longer mandatory (new amendment).

Selection Process
Candidates will be selected based on written examination, merit list and document verification. The written examination will be conducted on 15 June 2025. After the written examination, the merit list will be prepared based on the marks of the candidates. The documents of the candidates who will be on the merit list will be verified.
