Job Title: Marketing Executive
Location: Bangalore, Indira Nagar.
Responsibilities :
- Represent the brand in a positive and professional manner at various events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Engage with potential customers to create brand awareness and effectively communicate the company’s products, services, and values.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and marketing.
- Lead a team of brand professionals, providing guidance, support, and feedback.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to contribute to continuous improvements in marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Freshers or individuals from Bangalore with up to 1 year of marketing experience are encouraged to apply and can join immediately.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiasm and a proactive attitude towards learning and executing initiatives.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lead a team and mentor a team.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings or industry events.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in event marketing or promotional activities.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
- Understanding of current marketing trends and consumer behavior.
- Bachelor or Professional in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
