- Diploma in Medical and Surgical Nursing (Unani) registrable with the Ayurvedic and Unani Tibbi Medicine board of Uttar Pradesh.
- Diploma in Midwifery (Unani) registrable with the Ayurvedic and Unani Tibbi Medicine Board of Uttar Pradesh
- Registration Certificate as Unani Nurse and Midwife Dhatri Tibbi Medicine Board of UP.

- Complete the registration by filling in information like name, date of birth, mobile number, email ID, etc.
- Fill the application form, including educational qualification, experience, post details, etc.
- Upload your passport size photo, signature and required certificates.
- After filling in all the details and uploading the documents, pay the application fee.

Salary
Candidates selected for UP Nursing Staff Unani will be given pay scale grade pay Rs. 4600 (pay scale level-7), pay matrix Rs 44,900 to approximately Rs. 1,42,400 per month.
