UPSC Recruitment 2025: Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has issued a notification for recruitment to various posts, including Senior Veterinary Officer and Scientist-B. Education Qualification
Senior Veterinary Officer
- Veterinary degree (recognised by Veterinary Council of India) + Registration with State or Veterinary Council of India.
Scientist-B (Electrical)
- Post Graduate degree in Physics with 1 year laboratory experience or BE/B.Tech degree in Electrical/Electronics with 2 years of laboratory experience.
- Research and development experience in testing, material science, quality control, etc.
Technical Officer (Forestry) Grade II
- Post Graduate in Statistics, Forestry, Economics (with Statistics), Commerce (with Statistics), Mathematics (with Statistics), Agriculture (with Statistics) or 2 years PG Diploma in Forestry Management.
- 2 years of experience in data collection, compilation or analysis in Agriculture/Forestry.
Training Officer (Welder)
- Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering or Vocational Advanced Diploma or NTC/NAC in Welder Trade
- 2-7 years of experience in welding/fabrication (depending on qualification).

Qualifying Criteria
The category-wise minimum level of suitability in the interview, whether selection is made by interview only or by recruitment examination followed by interview, shall be UR/EWS-50 marks, OBC-45 marks, SC/ST/Pwbd-40 marks, out of a total of 100 marks of interview.
